Prior to establishing her own appraisal company, Jennifer Leitman Bailey brought her expertise as one of New York's leading jewelry specialists to International auction house, Christie's.  At Christie's, she was instrumental in collecting fine jewelry for some of the most magnificent and glamorous estates ever sold at auction including Elizabeth Taylor's record breaking sale in 2011.  

Having excelled in the jewelry world, she is called upon to appraise various private estates and individual’s fine jewelry while handling the private sale of luxury goods.

Earlier in her career she worked at the auction house, Doyle New York. Jennifer Leitman Bailey received her Graduate Gemologist Degree and Accredited Jewelry Professional Degree from the Gemological Institute of America and her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Syracuse University.  Jennifer is a certified member of the AAA, Appraisers Association of America, (www.appraisersassociation.org), which indicates the highest level of expertise in a given area of specialization. Jennifer Leitman Bailey is USPAP, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, compliant through March, 2022.
